This domain is also an aged domain.  

An old parked aged domain of a personal name.  

I purchased it because I noticed that social media accounts can create names of people, and it is not really the actual person's account.  

I blogged previously, and noticed that there were plagiarizers of personal posts who scraped not just articles, but also pictures.  

That was depressing when people do that.  

Anyway, so I thought, I might as well just get the domain too.  

Dot com and dot net versions.  

Make it the official page.  

The official Parked Page.  LOL!  

Well, so since I am resurrecting old domains just to prove there is life after an old webhost wipes your highly customized WordPress websites ... 

... I really thought intially some evil creatures are trying to fast track my own death and resurrection, so I can come back as a blood clot.  

I digressed.  

I've always thought I had the personality of a dial tone in social media.  

Or with the circle of so called "circle of influence" with other humans I share DNA with.  

Imagine getting bullied in real life growing up, and then social media comes.  

Guess how much bullying you will get there, from the very people you know, or share DNA with?  

That was why when these social media sites started coming up like, people wanted to get me to join it, to increase their numbers of "friends" or "connections". 

I did do the Social Media experimenting, when I did that Online Marketing education thing many years ago, when I blogged about nothing daily for three years. 

There's stuff I actually learned from all that. 

When I finished a stable version of CMSbyCW, I thought, hey I have the "Share Codes" that I turned into a widget ...

I thought, I wondered. since I have been on years of Social Media fasting, I thought I'd try to see if I still have those accounts. 

Well, I do, the pictures there looks like me, but I can't log into those Social Media sites. 

Specifically, 

Linkedin

and Face book. 

My Linkedin connections are former classmates in post graduate school, professors, deans, former colleagues, other scientists.  I haven't updated that thing in years, I just created an account because a connection at PMI (Project Management Institute) invited and convinced me that it's good to have.  An FB for Professionals. 

Anyway, I just filled in the fields, and copy pasted what was on my Curriculum Vita and pasted it on there. 

Done. 

The only thing I've seen that was positive about that was when a former colleague sent me a message there and said he lost his phone and wanted to get my number again because he lost everyone's contact. 

That was it. 

Anyway, so I tried getting access to my account and Linkedin said they wanted my Government ID because "there was some unusual activity in that account". 

I thought "Spiders? Did the account started a colony of spiders and cobwebs because I haven't been in there for years?"    

Articles on Reddit shared it wasn't even a guarantee that you'll get your account access back, even if you gave them your ID. 

So anyway, I tried contacting them through their form, but Linkedin insisted I REALLY had to provide my Government ID. 

I said I'm not comfortable doing that and asked how I can delete my account from LinkedIn, 

They responded with  I still  have to give them my Government ID, before they can delete my account. 

Anyway, so I thought, I'll just leave the LinkedIn as is then.  

Same with FB.  

So this site would just be the Official Site for "social media related type of posts."

Like I said, I didn't post anything on social media for years, so this would just be another "showcase site" for CMSbyCW. 

It took longer for me to create a custom favicon and custom logo for this domain, for me to upload the entire CMS package via FTP.  Then I just updated 3 files with the admin email address. 

Tested and done.

I add the most recent Domain's logo on the home page ....

... it used to be slow. 

Just 2 logos with the CMSbyCW and our Tech logo. 

It was relaxing, at first, watching it scroll slowly. 

But now, several domain deployments later,  the scrolling logos look like ticker symbols - FAST! 

Like NASDAQ on caffeine!

Like a live portfolio of website deployments that are now using CMSbyCW!  

It became a content distribution pipeline without needing extra tools - just CMSbyCW, using the Bonus Sample Codes that I included with the Software Package.    A manual multi-site content syndication and proof-of-work marketing. :-) 

Woohoo!   

The speed of the Scrolling Logos on the homepage has been making me laugh because of its speed.  

Reminds me also of flight info board on airports .... one has to pay attention to the flight number in order to determine what new Gate to run to to catch your flight. 

Like... "Now boarding: CMSbyCW deployments — Gate changes every 2 seconds"

Users have to “track their logo like a flight number”.  LOL! 

Anyway, this domain should also work for me like an identity anchor, reputation control, official source of truth about me, MY version, not someone else's version of me.  

This is my only official website / domain. I do not operate under other accounts or domains.  I'm an Admin of several domains.  So I have sprinkled blog posts on those too.  

But this domain?  

After years of being parked, is the first time it will actually have some website content. 

I am the CW in the CMSbyCW. 

I have a ph d in typo. 

I have more degrees than a thermometer. 

But it's building things like this that I really enjoy. 

I like helping people.  

I'm allergic to negatrons.  

Words, once written, have lives of their own. 

I truly believe people should be able to publish their own imperfect content on the internet.   Truth be told I was procrastinating deploying this CMS on this personal domain.  I've so far deployed it in 14 domains, but my own name, "I'll get to it later."  

Well, life is short and "Later on in life" is not a guarantee.  

So here you see it!  

There's a person behind this CMS!  

It's called CW.  

If I wasn't using CMSbyCW, I would not have populated this domain with anything.  

The simple deployment truly helped!  

It's possible because CMSbyCW Features made it possible (and quick).  

Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid altogether.  

Avoid fragile CMS ...
